Text Message Terms

If you opt in, Preval Health (CORDOC LLC) sends text messages about your account and care, such as appointment and lab reminders, prescription status and billing notices. We send marketing texts only if you separately agree to them. Consent to texts is never a condition of buying anything.

• Message frequency varies with your care. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. We confirm with one final message.
• Reply HELP for help, or email support@prevalhealth.com.
• Texts are not a secure way to share detailed medical information, and we keep health details out of them. Use your secure patient account for anything sensitive.
• Do not text us about emergencies. Call 911.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
