Our goal
We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to learn from our website, use our app and get care. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
What we do
- Readable text sizes, strong color contrast and layouts that work when zoomed to 200%.
- Keyboard navigation, visible focus and screen-reader labels on our website.
- VoiceOver and Dynamic Type support in the iPhone app.
- Captions on our videos, and text alternatives for charts and images.
- Periodic testing with automated tools and manual checks.
Help with your care
If you need an accommodation for a visit, such as a phone visit instead of video, more time, or help from a caregiver, tell us and we will work with your clinician to arrange it at no extra cost. Free language assistance can be requested the same way.
Report a barrier
If something is hard to use, email support@prevalhealth.com with the page and the problem. We reply within 2 business days and will provide the information another way while we fix it.
